Dr. Jeff Manternach
Dr. Manternach is very excited to open a new office in Dubuque. Growing up in Cascade and attending Loras he has witnessed continued growth in the area. While attending Optometry school in Chicago and doing internships in New York and Melbourne Australia he has gained more appreciation for all the great things this area has to offer. Since moving back to the area two years ago, it has been his dream to have a practice where patients are not just patients, but neighbors, friends, and people you care about.
